My name is Germano Pereira and I am the founder and Managing Director of this company, which was born out of a deep desire to combine more than 30 years' experience in the decorating sector with a passion for creating spaces with soul and real impact. I am the father of two children and my daughter lives with a 97% disability, a reality that has made me even more sensitive to detail, to demands and to the importance of valuing every moment of life. With both of them, I have grown and evolved as a human being. I've had the privilege of living in different cultures: I was born in France, lived in Africa and inherited the Portuguese spirit from my parents.
This multicultural experience has moulded my vision of the world, a vision without borders, based on sensitivity and deep respect for everything that makes us unique. From an early age, I realised that every space has a story to tell. At MANAGER, we combine this sensitivity with a multidisciplinary team of architects, designers and craftspeople, all united by the same purpose: to turn every challenge into a memorable project. What sets us apart is not just our ability to produce our own furniture, but above all the way we listen to each client, interpret their needs and create truly personalised solutions.
Every hat I wear and every ring I carry are symbols of our commitment to detail, authenticity and style. Over the years, we have had the honour of working in Portugal, France, several African countries and Dubai, with a presence in more than 20 countries. We have delivered thousands of pieces of furniture and equipment for prestigious hotels, corporate projects, student residences, retirement homes and private projects. But what really fills us with pride is knowing that, in each of these spaces, we have contributed to writing a new page in the lives of the people who use them.
