A MANAGER was responsible for the development of a turnkey project for the construction and fitting out of the new headquarters of the French Communist Party (PCF) in Villejuif, Paris. The intervention covered the design, supply and installation of furniture, decoration solutions and technical equipment, within an institutional context with specific requirements regarding functionality, representativeness and public image.
The project involved the integrated management and coordination of multiple work fronts and supplies, ensuring liaison between different technical, logistical and operational areas. This approach made it possible to guarantee overall coherence, deadline control and rigorous execution, tailored to the diversity of the building's spaces and functions.
